The members of the South Korean boy band BTS have a strong connection with their fans. They always make sure to engage with their fans regularly and keep them informed about their professional lives.
One of the members, J-Hope, is currently going through training for mandatory military service. However, there was a time when he took his five million fans on a virtual tour of the HYBE building, including the bathroom.
J-Hope, whose real name is Jung Ho-seok, started his career in the music industry in 2013 along with his six bandmates. He also made his solo debut last year and achieved great success.
This year, J-Hope became the second member of the group to enlist for military training after Jin. He has been keeping his fans updated on his progress in the military. But back in 2021, during a live stream, he was scared of the dark in the HYBE building and ended up taking his fans to the bathroom with him.
During the live stream, J-Hope was alone in the large HYBE building and was interacting with fans. As he was about to leave the studio, he turned off the lights and realized how dark it was. The only light came from his phone’s screen.
J-Hope continued the live stream while walking in the building. At one point, he went to the bathroom to wash his hands, with almost five million people watching him. He also explored the building’s lobby and used the elevator to reach the studio.
Although J-Hope played it cool and didn’t admit to being scared, he later revealed that being alone in the dark building was a bit frightening for him. This left his fans in awe of him.
Many fans took to Twitter to react to the incident, expressing their excitement about being taken on a tour of the HYBE building. Some fans even called it a “big flex” and appreciated J-Hope for his interaction with them.
