Calvin Harris and Vick Hope tied the knot in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Hulne Priory in Alnwick, Northumberland. The wedding took place on Saturday (09.09.23) and was attended by guests such as AJ Odudu, Vernon Kay, Scott Mills, and Jordan North. The reception was Glastonbury-style, featuring a live performance by Nile Rodgers and Chic, who flew in from the US for the occasion.
During their vows, Calvin expressed his commitment to Vick, promising to be her teammate, best friend, and companion for life. Vick, in turn, shared her love and gratitude, stating that she found pure euphoria in Calvin and vows to keep them laughing and meditating together every day.
The reception included teepees for relaxation and various food trucks offering burgers, pizzas, and Nigerian dishes. Nile Rodgers kicked off his set with Luther Vandross’ “Never Too Much” and went on to play hits from Madonna, David Bowie, Beyonce, and Pharrell Williams. The celebrations concluded with a 10-minute firework display, and 80 tents were set up for guests to camp overnight.
A source shared that Calvin and Vick’s wedding was an unforgettable day for all the guests in attendance. Previously, Vick celebrated the end of her single days with a “Hun Do” weekend, which involved a dinner, music, and dancing with her friends.
The couple got engaged last year after five months of dating, with Calvin proposing at his farm in Ibiza. Vick described their engagement as a “very precious” moment and emphasized the importance of their real-life connection, away from social media. She expressed her desire to find balance and peace in their relationship.
